Frequently asked questions

What are you guys doing?

Combining our love for creating branded merchandise with Bree’s new obsession with 3D printing. We can’t write books fast enough to give her new chances to use her new skills, so this seemed like the next best option.

How does this work?

Because there are only two of us, and because we still have book deadlines, we have to make sure we don’t get more orders than we can handle. If you think you’d like to work with us on merchandise, you can fill out our contact form and we’ll reach out to let you know our timeline!

If you want a pre-designed item that is already listed on our site, we’ll print up an example in your requested colors free of charge. If you like the looks of it, we’ll invoice you and start printing your order.

If you want something custom, we’ll work with you on figuring out if it’s possible! If there will be a lot of design work involved, we may ask you for a $25 consultation fee to design & print your test copy. If you decide it won’t work for you, no harm done! If you decide to place an order, we’ll deduct the $25 from your full invoice.

How much lead time do you need?

The more the better, honestly. How long we’ll need will depend on the complexity, quantity, and size of what you’re ordering! Some things we can finish in a weekend, some might take a week or more. If you need something fast, it may be possible to negotiate a rush fee, and you can pay for expediated shipping. But most of the time, we want to make sure we’ll have your package in the mail at least 10 days before it needs to reach you!

Who designs your items?

Some we design ourselves! Many of our creatures are designed by Layers in Green and Cinderwing, for whom we are licensed sellers. The Ancient Tome Book Boxes and Candy Heart Boxes were designed by Fates End.

How do you make things?

Bree has a growing army of Bambu A1 printers, on which she prints everything with love. They are finished in our respective living rooms while we listen to podcasts or watch TV. It is truly a labor of love. We make our husbands help and we don’t even pay them.
